In 2022, they decided to stop, but only to light the fire in one place for good. That’s how Braceria del Crotto was born, in Morbegno, in the heart of Valtellina, surrounded by authentic mountains, unspoilt nature and honest appetites.

Here, you won’t find endless menus or overcomplicated dishes, just carefully selected cuts of meat, proper cooking, and genuine flavours that leave a lasting impression. Every day, the team chooses top-quality ingredients, lights the fire, rolls up their sleeves (and stains their aprons), and serves exactly what they would love to eat themselves: real food, made with passion.

It’s not just a grill, it’s a place for conversation, laughter, and proper meals shared in good company, with more than 400 wine labels from around the world and a special focus on those from Valtellina.
