Da Silvio Restaurant

Ristorante Da Silvio is the ideal place to enjoy traditional Valtellina cuisine. Located in Castionetto, a small village on the Rhaetian side of Valtellina, it is a fixed stop for locals and tourists in search of local culinary tradition.

Run by two young brothers, Daniele and Renato, the restaurant offers a genuine cuisine full of home-made flavours: pizzoccheri, home-made pasta, game ragout, meat dishes and the ever-present polenta.

The Da Silvio Restaurant has cosy and well-furnished rooms. For a delicious dinner in a unique atmosphere, we recommend having a table reserved on the lower floor where there is a room literally “carved out of the rock”.
