Miarescia Farmhouse
A small farmhouse among the vineyards, in the area once called Miarescia, in Chiuro. Mariarosa is a volcano in the kitchen: in all her dishes, from traditional to seasonal, she uses almost exclusively products from her garden and a lot of creativity.
You can eat both in the dining room inside and outdoors, on the wonderful terrace nestled among the rows of vines and overlooking the village of Chiuro and the valley. Ideal at sunset time for an aperitif.
The cuisine is genuine and home-style: the fresh pasta and ravioli are handmade, the vegetables and fruit come from the fields behind and the desserts, very fresh, vary each time according to the cook's imagination. The house wine comes from local vineyards and the liqueurs are homemade.
