La Fiorida
La Fiorida is an authentic farm. Close to Lake Como, along the Valtellina trail, La Fiorida's barn is an architectural gem designed to maximize the welfare of Bruna cows and environmental sustainability.
You can choose to stop for lunch or dinner or extend your stay in one of the 29 rooms, furnished in alpine style with wood and stone.
The two restaurants, one of which has been awarded a Michelin star and a green star for sustainability (La Présef), offer traditional and innovative dishes, mostly using ingredients sourced from the farm. The farm produces most of the raw materials used in the kitchen: milk, cow and goat cheeses, cured meats, meats, vegetables, and berries.
The Educational Farm offers guided tours and experiences like the Cheesemaker's Workshop, where you can try transforming cream into butter and milk into cheese.
If you want to take some time for yourself, the agriturismo offers an alpine beauty farm with a pool, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation and fitness areas, and an outdoor solarium. Before leaving, you can stock up on excellent fresh local products at the Bottega.
