For five generations, “the right waiting time” has punctuated the rhythms of the family's oenological choices.

For over 150 years, they have dedicated themselves with passion to the cultivation and care of an area where everything is still done by hand. Their philosophy is to continue producing a wine that is the purest expression of the land and the men who cultivate it with humility, without being influenced by current tastes and fashions.

The cellar, perfectly integrated into the terraced slope of the Grumello area, on the outskirts of Sondrio, was built according to state-of-the-art architectural choices to allow natural control of humidity and temperature, essential conditions for proper ageing. The new reception and tasting areas have also been built with particular attention to environmental protection: the roofing, for example, has been created as a hanging garden, while the photocatalytic outdoor flooring reduces pollutants in the atmosphere.

While tasting the wines, guests can gaze at the vineyards and rocks of Grumello.
