Sandro Fay

The farm in the heart of the Valgella sub-zone. Established in the 1970s by Sandro Fay and as a small family business, it has developed over time by incorporating several vineyard terraces.

The winery cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards, almost entirely concentrated in the municipality of Teglio, extending from 350 m asl to 850 m asl.

The winery's philosophy aims at enhancing the individual vineyards, which are unique and peculiar expressions of Chiavennasca on the basis of their altitude and soil characteristics.

You will be pleasantly surprised by the passion with which they will tell you about each stage of the winemaking process.
